## How to Solve the Rubiks Cube

**Solving the Rubiks cube only takes seven steps, and once you get good, you will probably be able to do it in 1 or 2 minutes. So, let's get started. The very first step is to know the algorythems. There is one rule though, the colored pieces on the white edge peices must match the middle of the colored cube. **Now, sometimes a white face cube just wants to mess you up and stay at the bottom. When this happens, just do the second examples algorythem and the do whatever algorythem that you have to do whether it's top white, front white, or right white. place it the do the algoryhtem.**

The next step into solving your rubiks cube is solving the middle edges of the colored squares. Before you try any algorythems though, you must follow two rules. One, you must match the cube faces, and second you cannot move any cube faces with a yellow face.

And hold the straight line so it is horizontal. the algorythems are L: F U R U' R' F' and the Straight is: F R U R" U' F' Here's an example.

0 Corners: R U R' U R U2 R' (yellow cube must be facing left)

**This step is almost the last step. This step you will need to find headlights. What are headlights? Headlights look like this.**

**Ok, now face the headlights towards the back with white still on the bottom. Now, follow the algorythem R' F R' B2 R F' R' B2 R2. If you don't have the headlights, just do the algorythem until you get headlights and then follow the example.**

**Step 6 ( last step )**

**The last step is very easy with only one algorythem to memorize. Before you start, check if you have any sides that don't have headlights and are all the same color. Flip those around to the correct colored side they belong to. Then follow this algorythem. R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2. If you don't have a solved side, just match all the headlights below and follow the same algorythem. This could take a few times to solve the cube.**
